The Wise Mothman is a four-color (WUBG) commander from the Fallout Commander preconstructed decks built around radiation counters — one of the most passively devastating mechanics ever introduced to the format. Whenever any player draws a card, each creature gets a radiation counter. At the beginning of each player's end step, creatures with radiation counters get -1/-1 for each counter on them until end of turn. The more cards the table draws, the weaker every creature on the battlefield becomes — including yours, unless you build specifically to avoid it.
The deck is built to exploit the asymmetry completely: creatures with persist and undying that shrug off the -1/-1 counters by coming back, inorganic threats like artifacts and tokens that don't carry counters at all, and enough card draw acceleration to ensure the radiation clock ticks faster on opponents' side than yours. Every wheel effect is a radiation bomb. Every draw-heavy opponent is feeding the counter engine for free. The Wise Mothman doesn't need to attack to win — he just needs the table to keep drawing cards.
