Orvar, the All-Form is a mono-blue shapeshifter commander from Kaldheim built around the most efficient token generation engine the color has ever had. Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery that targets one of your own permanents, you create a token copy of that permanent. A simple Unsummon targeting your own creature creates a free copy before the creature bounces back to hand. A cantrip targeting your best land creates a duplicate that taps for mana forever. Cheap self-targeting spells that normally replace themselves become permanent doubling effects with zero additional mana investment.
The deck is built around the leanest possible self-targeting spell suite: cheap cantrips that target your own permanents and replace themselves while generating copies, high-value permanents worth duplicating — mana rocks, creatures, utility lands — and enough card draw to chain spell after spell in a single turn until the board is full of copies of the single best permanent on the field. Opponents interacting with one copy of anything find five more already in play doing the exact same thing.
