Omnath, Locus of Mana is the original mono-green mana hoarding commander from Worldwake — and the most straightforward path to an enormous, game-ending creature the format has ever produced. Green mana in your mana pool doesn't empty as steps and phases end. Every unspent green mana makes Omnath +1/+1. Tap twelve lands, spend nothing, and end the turn with a 12/12 that attacks for lethal commander damage in two hits while still holding twelve mana open for interaction.
The deck is built around generating absurd amounts of green mana and finding ways to spend it efficiently without emptying the pool below lethal Omnath size: mana doublers that inflate the pool every turn, instant-speed interaction that holds mana open productively while Omnath grows, and enough haste enablers and protection to ensure the turn Omnath attacks is the turn the game ends. Opponents removing Omnath lose the accumulated mana advantage — but the deck rebuilds the pool faster than they can keep removing him.
