Whenever one or more opponents each lose exactly one life, Ob Nixilis gets a +1/+1 counter and you exile the top card of your library and may play it. Not two life. Not three. Exactly one — making every ping effect, every Shocks and Gut Shots, every Polluted Delta crack into a free counter and a free card simultaneously.
