Kilo is a Jeskai artifact commander built around proliferate, counters, and efficient board development. Whenever Kilo becomes tapped, you proliferate, which means attacking, crewing, or using tap effects can all help grow your +1/+1 counters, loyalty counters, charge counters, or any other counters you already have in play. That makes Kilo a very flexible engine for decks that want artifacts, scalable threats, and repeatable value from a single commander.
This deck is built around Jeskai artifacts and proliferate synergy: artifact creatures and utility pieces that help Kilo tap consistently, permanents that reward repeated counters, and support cards that let each proliferate trigger push your board further ahead. EDHREC currently groups Kilo most strongly with Artifacts, +1/+1 Counters, Proliferate, and some Combo shells, which fits a strategy built on stacking value turn after turn until the table cannot keep up.
