Kardur is a Rakdos commander built around forced combat, life drain, and total battlefield chaos. When he enters the battlefield, until your next turn, creatures your opponents control attack each combat if able and attack a player other than you if able. That means one well-timed cast can completely redirect the table, force bad attacks, and leave your opponents tearing into each other instead of building safely. On top of that, whenever an attacking creature dies, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life, turning every trade and every forced combat step into extra pressure and value.
This deck is built around Rakdos goad and combat punishment: creatures and spells that force attacks, support pieces that make blocking and trading even worse, and payoff cards that reward you when the battlefield turns into a bloodbath. Kardur does not need to win through clean board control — he wins by making combat unavoidable and profiting from every creature that falls.
