Whenever you gain life, each opponent loses one life. Whenever another creature you control dies, you gain life equal to its toughness — feeding the drain trigger automatically every single time something hits the graveyard. The loop is self-sustaining: creatures die, you gain life, opponents lose life, repeat until everyone else is at zero.
The deck is built around maximizing both death triggers and external lifegain sources: high-toughness creatures that generate large life swings when they die, additional lifegain effects that fire the drain trigger multiple times per turn, and enough sacrifice outlets to convert your board into a relentless damage source on demand.
