Admiral Brass, Unsinkable is a four-color (WUBR) Pirate commander from The Lost Caverns of Ixalan built around the most resilient tribal recursion engine the format has ever seen. Whenever one or more Pirates you control attack, you mill four cards — and at the beginning of your end step, you return up to one Pirate creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield as a 4/4 black Zombie Pirate. Every attack mills deeper into the library. Every end step recovers the best Pirate already in the graveyard. The crew never permanently loses a member — they just cycle through the graveyard and come back bigger and considerably more undead than before.
The deck is built around attacking every turn and filling the graveyard with the most impactful Pirates worth recurring: aggressive Pirates that apply pressure while alive and return as 4/4 Zombies when they die, mill payoffs that extract additional value from the four cards discarded every attack step, and enough evasion to ensure the attack trigger fires without profitable blocks available. Opponents removing your Pirates are loading the graveyard for Admiral Brass to recruit from at the next end step. The ship is unsinkable because the crew keeps swimming back aboard.
