Toxrill, the Corrosive is a Dimir commander from Innistrad: Crimson Vow built around the most inevitable board control engine in the format. At the beginning of each end step, Toxrill puts a slime counter on each creature you don't control. Each creature with a slime counter gets -1/-1 for each counter on it. Every creature that dies with a slime counter creates a 1/1 black Slug creature token — and you can sacrifice those Slugs to draw cards. The entire opposing board melts turn by turn while your side grows wider and your hand stays full.
The deck is built to accelerate the dissolution: proliferate effects that stack slime counters faster than a single end step allows, copy effects that duplicate Toxrill's trigger across multiple permanents, and enough control tools to keep Toxrill alive long enough for the slime to reach critical mass. Opponents with small creatures die first. Opponents with large creatures die slower — but they still die. The corrosion is patient, passive, and completely unstoppable once it gets two turns of uninterrupted operation.
