Sensational Spider-Man is an Azorius commander built around tapping threats down and turning that disruption into extra cards. Whenever he attacks, you tap target creature the defending player controls and put a stun counter on it. Then you may remove up to three stun counters from among all permanents and draw cards equal to the number removed that way. That means every attack can lock down blockers, keep opposing threats from untapping, and refill your hand at the same time. He rewards a deck that keeps stun counters flowing and uses combat as a value engine instead of just a damage step.
This deck is built around Azorius tap-control synergy: cards that place or care about stun counters, support pieces that keep key creatures tapped down, and value engines that let Sensational Spider-Man keep connecting in combat.
