Rakdos, Patron of Chaos is a Rakdos commander from Outlaws of Thunder Junction built around forced sacrifice and random destruction at a table-wide scale. Whenever Rakdos attacks, each opponent sacrifices a creature or planeswalker — and then you get to exile a random card from each opponent's graveyard and cast it for free. The board gets stripped. The graveyards get raided. And Rakdos collects the spoils of every single attack trigger simultaneously.
The deck is built to maximize those attack triggers: haste enablers that let Rakdos swing the turn he lands, evasion effects that make blocking him impossible, and a sacrifice and theft package that converts every Rakdos attack into a swing of resources so large opponents can't recover. The chaos isn't random — it's engineered. Opponents losing their best creatures while you cast their best spells for free is not an accident. It's the performance.
