Marwyn, the Nurturer is a mono-green Elf commander from Dominaria built around the most explosive mana generation engine the tribe has ever had access to. Whenever another Elf enters the battlefield under your control, Marwyn gets a +1/+1 counter — and she taps for green mana equal to her power. Three Elves entering in sequence turns Marwyn into a mana source producing four, five, six green mana per tap. A single bounce and recast cycle with enough Elves on the board generates the mana to empty your entire hand in a single explosive turn.
The deck is built around flooding the board with Elves as fast as possible and converting Marwyn's accumulated power into a mana burst that funds the entire top end of the deck simultaneously: cheap Elves that chain into each other and stack counters on Marwyn every entry, untap effects that let Marwyn tap multiple times per turn cycle once her power reaches critical mass, and a top-end Elf package and overrun finisher that converts the mana explosion into a lethal board state before opponents find an answer to a tapped creature generating twelve mana per activation.
