On top of that, whenever the Ring tempts you, if you control nine or more Wraiths, they become base power 9/9 until end of turn. That means every cantrip, counterspell, and removal spell helps build a threatening board while pushing you closer to a massive finishing swing. He turns spellcasting into board presence and inevitability at the same time.
This deck is built around Dimir spellslinger and Wraith synergy: cheap instants and sorceries to keep the token engine running, interaction that slows opponents down while building your board, and support pieces that make your evasive army even harder to contain. Lord of the Nazgûl does not need huge creatures in hand to win — he creates his own army one spell at a time until the table is overwhelmed.
