Goro-Goro and Satoru is an Izzet commander from March of the Machine built around the most explosive ninjutsu and token combination the format has ever seen. Satoru's half gives every creature in your hand ninjutsu for two mana — meaning any unblocked attacker swaps out for the biggest, most game-ending creature in your hand at instant speed. Goro-Goro's half gives all your creatures haste and creates a 5/5 Dragon Spirit token whenever a creature you control deals combat damage for the first time each turn. Ninjutsu something in, it attacks with haste immediately, triggers the Dragon token, and the board floods with 5/5 flyers as a byproduct of doing exactly what the deck wanted to do anyway.
The deck is built around high-impact creatures worth ninjutsuing in for two mana: massive threats with devastating enters-the-battlefield effects that justify the swap, evasive early creatures that guarantee the unblocked attacker needed to trigger ninjutsu, and enough card draw to keep the hand loaded with the next big thing to swap in every single combat step. The dragons are not the win condition. They are the exhaust from an engine already winning.
