Flubs, the Fool is a Jeskai Otter commander from Bloomburrow built around the most chaotic combat mechanic in the format. He grows from creatures attacking him, then goads the creatures that blocked him — forcing opponents' creatures into attacks they didn't choose, against targets they didn't pick, in combat steps they weren't planning. The board descends into glorious, calculated mayhem while Flubs sits at the center of it all getting quietly enormous.

The deck leans into combat manipulation and political chaos: goad effects that redirect threats across the table, pillow fort pieces that funnel attacks exactly where you want them, and enough payoffs to capitalize on the free-for-all Flubs orchestrates every single turn. Opponents spend their time fighting each other while you spend your time winning. The fool, it turns out, was the smartest one at the table all along.
