Dogmeat, Ever Loyal is a Mardu commander from the Fallout Commander preconstructed decks built around the Junk mechanic and aura/equipment synergies. Whenever Dogmeat attacks, you mill two cards — and if any auras or equipment hit the graveyard that way, you attach them directly to Dogmeat for free. Every attack is a scavenging run through your library, pulling the best gear from the wasteland and strapping it onto the most loyal companion in the format before opponents can respond.
The deck is built around stocking the library with high-value auras and equipment worth milling into: powerful combat-oriented gear that makes Dogmeat increasingly difficult to block or kill, Junk token synergies that generate resources from the milling process, and enough recursion to ensure nothing stays buried in the wasteland forever. The Sole Survivor's best friend doesn't need anyone to hand him equipment. He finds it himself — in the rubble, on the attack, ready for the next fight.
