Whenever you cast a spell, if it shares a card type with the top card of your library, you draw a card. The deck rewards knowing what's coming — and building a library so consistent that the shared card type trigger fires almost every single spell you cast. In a well-constructed Clement deck, every spell draws another card, which reveals the next card, which sets up the next trigger, which draws another card.
The deck is built around maximum card type consistency: creature-dense construction that ensures the top of the library almost always shares a type with whatever spell is being cast, library manipulation effects that arrange the top card before every spell to guarantee the trigger, and enough mana acceleration to chain spells fast enough to convert the draw engine into an overwhelming hand advantage before opponents develop their own strategies.
